I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Began with an video overview for personal grooming and appearance expectations. Vaguely remember filling out some census questions on a computer. Was interviewed by a very pleasant woman in the TDA building for perhaps 20 minutes before being hired on the spot. I got the feeling she was more interested in my personality than any experience, but she did like the fact I had done theater. Did not learn where I would be placed until my Traditions orientation.
Virtual interview where you are asked about your background, your customer service skills, and why you want to work for Disney. The interview is pretty simple and straightforward, with questions about safety and how you might treat guests.
It was on zoom with a recruiter. First they called me if I'm still interested in the position and got scheduled a zoom interview with the recruiter. I was previously on the waiting list for around 4 months which is a long time.

Interview
Once you pass the screening personality test, you're invited to a face to face interview. Easy process overall, though very competitive. Positive and energetic responses will help you stand out.
