I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Docbyte in Aug 2025
Interview
15-minute intake call via videocall which was very to the point (almost rude), after which I declined to go further. To me, saying hello when opening the call is preferred over barging in with questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Docbyte in Sept 2024
Interview
Since its small company, they dont have recruiter. Nor HR. Well HR is CFO and someone else at the same time. For me it was a big no. The interviewer didn’t represent himself. Starred to ask questions -do u know this feature or that, and made not happy face when i said « no i dont know ». Then he added «i had different expectations ». I wish he read my resume before the call, where everything is written clearly.
He also mentioned that there will be a lot of self learning, which is separate from onboarding, meaning - u r on ur own.
Not that i was waiting, but he ghosted me and never even sent email saying that they wont continue with my application.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docbyte (Ghent) in Apr 2023
Interview
It was a 4 step process: 1 interview with sales leader on experience/soft skills 1 interview with sales leader on hard skills (cold calls) 1 interview with HR tech leader to establish cultural fit 1 interview with the founder/CEO to present plan of action and go over conditions of the offer
