The interview was a career fair/open interview. There were many people who showed up, probably 100. Everyone went on a tour of the plan and then had different managers who interviewed each person individually, but in a very laid-back manner. My interview was held in the cafeteria with many other interviews taking place all around me. Questions were very simple and straightforward. The interview was very short, ten minutes or less. I received a call back the same day.
