You will get a call from the DM go in for the interview and they’ll let you know if you’ve been hired or not. It was an easy process I applied and within a week I received a phone call for an interview.

Interview was an easy process. Showed up for their hiring event had an interview with DM. Followed by interview with one of Store managers. Standard questions in both interviews. I was offered the position 2 days after last interview and they would get back to me with salary. 2 weeks later no response and when I check in what’s the process I’m told just wait or look for something else. Very unprofessional

My soon to be DM was very kind and very blunt and to the point about what would be expected of me, however she did not mention some very key things like.... 60- 80 our weeks every week, what would be my 1 1/2. Days off. Which i didnt get most weeks, and that most stores were overstocked and understaffed. Im sure she meant well. She was very professional and very company minded.
I had three interviews. One with Human Resources. One with the district manager. And one with the regional director. Overall it took 3 weeks to complete the interviewing process. Not very convienient and time consuming
