One on one with the store manager. Quick basic questions about experience and availability. Manager made me feel very comfortable and didn't ask those "tell me about yourself" questions. Manager also was quick and informative with any questions I had.

Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
