Interview
You will take an assessment first when you apply for employment. This and your resume will be used during the interview. You will be asked about your experiences from your other jobs and what you liked or disliked about them.

Question 1
You will be asked about situations such as "If you came in one day and caught an employee pocketing money from the register how would you handle this?"
You will get a call from the DM go in for the interview and they’ll let you know if you’ve been hired or not. It was an easy process I applied and within a week I received a phone call for an interview.
I had three interviews. One with Human Resources. One with the district manager. And one with the regional director. Overall it took 3 weeks to complete the interviewing process. Not very convienient and time consuming

Interview
My soon to be DM was very kind and very blunt and to the point about what would be expected of me, however she did not mention some very key things like.... 60- 80 our weeks every week, what would be my 1 1/2. Days off. Which i didnt get most weeks, and that most stores were overstocked and understaffed. Im sure she meant well. She was very professional and very company minded.
