I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Domino's (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied for the job, waited about a week and then received a call back. Once I scheduled an interview it was not too much after that. Went in for an interview. It was really straight forward. Sorta just laid out what the job included. Had a few simple questions such as basic math, and how you would interact with a customer if an issue arises. Then the longest part of the process was waiting for the background check to clear and the drivers history.

Question 1
If a customer gives you $20 and the total was $15.81, how much change would you give them back?
Easy and straightforward. They didn't ask me much, just wanted to make sure that I was a reliable person and driver. Manager was kind and accommodating. Would recommend others to try and interview here.
walked in and dropped off a resume, got a call back later that week went in again and started working that night. not hard. pretty straightforward if you're not smooth-brained
Relaxed atmosphere interview with only a few questions about my past experience, motivation, and goals. The whole procedure lasted approximately around 15 minutes. The manager seemed nice. Often experience with delivery is not required.
