I applied online and got a call immediately, i went into to the store spoke with the GM and she hired me on the spot, she asked me about my customer service skills and my will to eventually move up into the makeline.
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
