I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Domino's (Madison, AL)
Interview
Interview was very easy and relaxed. Was told about specific job responsibilities and was told about advancement opportunities. Interviewed on a Tuesday and was in the orientation class on saturday, and began work after class. Interview took about thirty minutes and the hiring manager answered all questions I had about the position.
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
