Interview
It was simple, more like a conversation really. You go in, meet one on one with a manager and discuss your application and what you could bring to the company. It was low stress and pretty enjoyable.

What would make you a great candidate for this position?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
