Il y a eu un premier entretien dans un cabinet de recrutement, ensuite un entretien direct avec le responsable hiérarchique avec des questions basiques sur le poste.
Le premier entretien résidait sur la présentation, les motivations pour le poste, les conditions de travail souhaitées, la mobilité, et les prétentions salariales.
Le dernier entretien était focalisé sur l'opérationnel, les tâches du poste, la hiérarchie et les contraintes du job.
Passei na entrevista teste de 3 dias no tatuape. Gerente da unidade não ensinava nada, trabalhei 3 dias na operação e não retornaram. Dono uma pessoa insuportável igual a gerente da unidade. Falta de respeito grande

It went smoothly. They were nice. I was nervous at first but then I felt comfortable during the interview. They were so approachable and I had the time to think careful about my answers.
very quick and straight to the point. All the questions where based off of your personal experience and how you would handle situations. They sometimes ask about previous employment and your experience with that aswell.
