Interview
I was not given an interview because of how short staffed we are. I still have many questions I haven't gotten answered. Because of the lack of interviews in the beginning we got some people who did not work and were not fired, they ended up quitting.
They are now doing interviews but I don't know what they are like now.
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
backroom in office of dominos after getting an email to select time. manager interviewed me asking me simple behavioral questions. asked about my availability and when i can start. hired me on the spot and accepted
