I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Domino's (Ann Arbor, MI) in July 2021
Interview
First there was one short phone interview with a HR person. Then the second interview with boss/manager, some team leads and a optional shadow with person in role currently. There was a drug test before starting the role as well.

What are your strengths/weaknesses? How do you work in a team? How do you handle stressful situations?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
