I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Domino's (Bellingham, WA) in July 2013
Interview
Very easy interview. Just makes sure that people are competent and can generally talk to managers and customers. They also check your driving record and do a background screening. Entire process took about a week or two. Typically the store manager asks a few questions. There may be shift managers at the interview as well.
submit your resume, cover letter, and sometimes additional documents (portfolio, references, etc.).
Initial Screening: The hiring team reviews applications to assess your qualifications and fit for the role. If selected, you’ll be contacted for further steps.
Easy and laid back. Welcoming and friendly. I felt prepared and they did not care about my attire. I hope this helps you in your interview process. Good luck to everyone reading this. You got it
Interview was fairly easy. This is a job that will take people with little to no experience so the interview is to make sure you are ok with the many tasks that working at a busy pizza place requires and whether you will fit in with the culture.
