During this interview, candidates can expect to discuss their relevant experience, availability, and how they would handle various customer service scenarios. The relaxed setting allows both the interviewer and the candidate to assess fit for the role, focusing on the candidate's communication skills, work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
