I applied online. I interviewed at Domino's (Ann Arbor, MI)
Interview
I had a phone interview and was invited to interview at their corporate office in Ann Arbor, MI. There I interviewed with HR first. I then had my interview with prospecting manager and director. Afterwards, I had lunch with the team to see how I fit. I must have fit well with the team because an offer was extended to me.

Question 1
What is the difference between a 2, 3, and 4 tier connection?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Domino's (Ann Arbor, MI) in Aug 2019
Interview
Dominos asked me to come onsite (Ann Arbor, MI) and interview with various dept heads to figure out where my profile would best fit their requirement. I was in 4 interviews over 2.5 hours, with around 9 interviewers in total asking me the same question.
a) What is your background with x company.
Absolutely strange because all of them asked me just this one question. There was no follow up on what my skills were, or any analytical questions or any of the sort. Just 2.5 hours of can you tell me what your background is.
I finished up and the response I got was, well obviously, negative. I asked if I could get some feedback from the interview and apparently, they could not give me some due to this being a "litigious society".
