I applied, received an interview request, and scheduled an interview. The actual interviewer was late to the interview. Overall I felt rushed, wasn't asked much, and it came off like a decision was already made. The interviewer didn't ask me much but had a lot to say about why she felt I wouldn't like the job. I differed and expressed why I was interested--again the interviewer came off like a decision was already made and the rest of the interview was a rushed as well. Me pushing the conversation along felt useless and so it was a short one. I did apply to a second position; one that was more senior than this. I was told that I would receive interview request but did not. Again--I felt rushed and insulted. This is for an org whose mission I believed in and aligns with my background/interest. So it was disappointing and insulting to say the least.
