Interview
Process was simple. They called and set up the interview and I interviewed in person. They offered me a position a few days later. I ended up declining because I wanted a more consistent schedule

Question 1
What is the most difficult situation you have faced in the work place.
Very straightforward and friendly, first interview with hiring manager and HR representative and second with the dev team. This was an attractive opportunity that I only declined because I was comfortable where I was and my current employer made a counter on my compensation.
