I had two interviews with two different store managers. Both managers were very friendly. They gave me the company's history. Along with how long they have been with the company. I answered their questions then put together a sample outfit.

None. They needed someone to work and I was available. When I applied they asked me if I had worked in retail before and I said yes. That was pretty much it.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dots in May 2010
Interview
I was in high school when I applied to this position to be my very first job. The interview process was done by one of the store managers. She just asked a few general questions about my fashion sense, style and interests, which basically lead to a casual conversation. My best advice is just to be genuine, a tad extra outgoing, easy-going, not too uptight, value their clothing style and wear a similar outfit to the interview as you see on their displays.
