Internal recruiter says you are a great fit for a role and then ghosts you after multiple follow up attempts to try and understand why you aren’t progressing to the next level. Very unprofessional and would expect this more from a third party recruiter.

It was mainly based on my resume and they cross questioned me upon my projects like why this project what prbkm does it solve and alll. Later they asked me about the techstack I wrote in my resume that we python it was moderate. Then later I was asked to write a code to calculate electricity bill as in 3rs per unit until first 100 units and 7rs per unit for next 200units.
