I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dow
Interview
I applied through campus recruiting and interviewed with a local Dow engineer. I was interviewed for an engineering role in TX but it was filled by someone more immediate. HR was really easy to work with and held onto my application. I was invited to interview for different production engineering positions at a hiring expo in LA. Travel/hotel/food all paid for. Overall, interview questions were mostly behavioral and not too difficult (i.e. tell me a time when...). They even ask you beforehand to present your answer in the STAR format. During the break between interviews, a few engineers asked some basic technical questions related to chemical engineering. I was asked to rank the roles I interviewed for, and in the end I received an offer for my top choice.

I applied online. I interviewed at Dow (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
I was interviewed by three people. The questions were doable. Technical skill section, and other questions. Even though I didn’t get the offers, I felt confident during the interview. It was a video interview.
The first round is initial screening Via phone I want to say with the manager and then a video call with the team would be the second round as far as I remember .
I applied online. I interviewed at Dow (Midland, MI) in July 2020
Interview
Thorough with standard questions on experience and addressing work related scenarios. HR qualification phone interview, hiring manager, 3 designated interviewers of potential co-workers and an adjacent department. All the interviewers asked the planned questions that gave each person a role with basic background and competency and behavioral questions.
