Interview
Contacted by HR to advise me that they would like to schedule an interview. First interview was by phone with HR Rep a few days later. General questions about experiences and background. Called back 2 weeks later and advised 2 hiring managers would like to have a panel interview with me over the phone. I accepted and the interview took place within a week of being scheduled. The interview started informally. I was simply asked to walk them through my resume. Questions specific to my experience with certain commodity types were subsequently asked. Interview lasted no more than 35-40 minutes.

Had a phone screen with a recruiter and got called in for a panel interview with 3 managers from the Supply Chain Department. Mostly about background and behavioral questions. Some standard questions. Interviewers were really nice!

Telephone Interview and it was followed up with a second phone interview. Then received call from recruiter making me an offer. I accepted and then took testing for job site.
