Phone interview, then if selected, an in-person interview is scheduled. It is actually 2 separate behavioral interviews with 2 people each. (Total of 4 intervierwers) . Took about 1 hour per in-person interview. I am a contractor and I was able to view the interview rubric they use and prepare ahead of time. They are looking for attributes that fits the dow core values.

I applied and received an email a couple of weeks later inviting me to schedule a 30 minute phone screen interview. The interview asked basic questions about work history, behavioral questions, and situation questions.
