Had a phone conversation with an HR rep which lasted about a half hour. Was told about next steps and then never heard back. It’s unfortunate because I was a customer and now have to stop using the app because of an incompetent HR rep.
The process took a little over 2 hours. Was supposed to speak with 5 people but 1 ended up being on PTO, so never showed up. I thought it went well, as one of them attempted to test me with an example list of transactions. It was easy to spot the issue. I was then told I would hear back on the following Friday, and I heard nothing. Reached out the following Monday to someone in hr, and eventually received a decline email, which was fine. However, I did follow up asking as to why I didn’t receive the position, so I could do better going forward, and again they said they’d reach out, and nothing. It was kind of disappointing, but I suppose a blessing in disguise. I mean if can’t even promptly respond when they say they’re going to, I ended up being better off.
