I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DraftKings in Apr 2024
Interview
Made it through two rounds, first a typical 30-minute HR screen with an internal recruiter, and then a 1-hour technical interview with a LeetCode question pairing with another engineer on the team. Recruiter was kind and communicative, and offered a phone call with feedback from the team as to why I was not selected.
Don't bother continuing onto the technical interview if you're out of practice with data structures and algorithms and can't immediately recognize the algorithm they want you to use to solve the question.

Thank you for sharing your interview experience—it’s great to hear that you found our recruiter communicative and appreciated the offer for feedback, which we view as an important part of the candidate journey. Your input is valuable, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue refining our approach. We understand technical interviews can be challenging, but we hope you’ll consider applying to DraftKings again in the future!

Interview
Standard recruiter call. Flubbed the first technical interview a bit - was able to pseudo comment a whole plan of attack on the question, but struggled with implementation at the later stages of it.
