First step is with a recruiter. If there is interest in your resume you meet with 2 other engineers for a coding screen. Then comes the onsite. First you speak with your prospective manager, an engineering director who asks you behavioral experience questions. Second is an OOP interview where you speak with an engineer. After you speak with another engineering director where you're asked about your work experience, then you demo a project you completed recently. Then comes a debrief with the recruiter who asks you about your interview and timeline. She says you get results tomorrow but it's been a week and I did not hear back so I guess that's a no lol.
