DriveRite Academy Operations Manager interview questions

After completing a video response, I received a call the next day, setting up an on-site with two individuals. One of which being the company founder. The interview was smooth and the interviewers took their time, not rushing me or the process. Once the introductions were finished, we settled into a pretty standard peppering of situational questions. The interviewers emphasized transparency and clear communication with their hiring process, leaving me feeling confident and hopeful of a quick turnaround. Much like the speed in which it took to schedule the initial interview. Before leaving, they asked for three references and they confirmed receiving them with a text later that day. After a week, I followed up via phone call to check on the status of my application. I was answered with a text, telling me they will decide the following week (two weeks following my interview). I never heard back.
