My school career center sent my resume. After a couple of weeks I received an email to set up interview time for a phone interview. Phone interview with prospective supervisor lasted about an hour. I was given two weeks to consider the offer as I had to relocate for the position.

Not many difficult questions. Mostly conversation to figure out if I'd be a good fit in the group, have a willingness to learn, and respect for proprietary information.
very easy and basic HR behaverial interview about my application and the internship, I was emailed to schedule an inperson interview during a conference. Interviewer was friendly and kind, The company has a good culture.

Interview
I was asked standard "what would you do in this situation" type questions. The interviewers didn't seem very interested but were nice enough. This was two years ago. Unfortunately they didn't get back to me for an entire year after saying they'd do so in two weeks. I had no one's contact information and was therefore unable to ask them for an update.
