Completed a phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the entire design team. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or decision afterward. Being ghosted after investing significant time was disappointing.

Interview
I submitted my application through LinkedIn and promptly received a response. I replied on the same day, indicating my availability for an interview. It took the HR department two weeks to schedule the first interview. In this interview, we discussed the next steps, including a second interview. However, instead of proceeding to the second interview, I got ghosted. Very unprofessional.
The process was very straight forward. First interview was a phone screening. Then with the head of the team. Both interviews were conducted well. The first was a simple get to know you. The second one was more technical.
