Pros

Hunting trips Discounts on industry gear etc

Cons

Terrible higher ups/ managers. People who use others as scapegoats goats. Unprofessional by cursing and raising voices. Micro manage and do not set you up for success. Many ppl hate a certain someone, but are too scared to speak up..Which only leads to a cancerous work environment. Super contradicting and mangers want you to read their mind. You can do everything right but still be wrong. Finance team has no idea what they are doing. Marketing team makes more decisions than they should be. This company will not go far since they rejected change and are not approaching this company with a clear concise plan.

Pros

Great as a startup brand. Loved my direct boss. Easy to work for and lots of flexibility in work / life balance.

Cons

Upper management. They were trying to get too big too fast and couldn't manage. Was also unfortunately forced to receive the covid vaccine 6 months pregnant or I was told id lose my job. Was not able to make that decision on my own.
