Duet Health interview questions

Straight forward interview process w/ recruiter for Duet Health. Moved all the way through to offer stage. The manager I would be a direct report to was wonderful, however, when I had a brief call w/ her boss, he didn't understand the value of the customer success role. He wanted an implementation manager and launch manager, not a customer success manager. The lack of clarity re: the role from the top person gave me pause so I turned the offer down. Seems like the manager would have been great and the rest of the team. It could be that they sorted all that out by now. I know they were figuring things out from an aquisition.
