The interview was not bad at all. Majority was behavioral questions and basically was with multiple managers. First round was with two managers and then all the interviewed students would socialize with all the managers during lunch in another.

Question 1
Something along the lines of how would you solve a problem
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Duke Energy in Oct 2016
Interview
The whole process took about 3 weeks. Applied at the end of September, got an interview about a week later, and and an offer a week after that.
The interview itself was particularly easy. There were no technical questions, they only ask questions about your resume, and the typical behavioral questions. As for the format, it started as a group of about 10 applicants. A couple of talent managers gave you an overview of the company, and what to expect for the rest of the day. Then you were assigned 2 managers, and they interviewed you for about an hour separate from the rest of the applicants. After everyone had been interviewed they brought several other managers to talk about what they do, and what they would expect from someone working for them. The entire interview went from 8 am - 1pm.

Question 1
Tells us about a time you worked with a group, and a team member did not do his/her work. How did you handle the situation?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Duke Energy (Charlotte, NC) in May 2018
Interview
Non-technical interview, but they appear to have a good grasp of what you already know. They ask you to explain any technical work you've already done. They pretty much will let you lay out all your cards on the table or dig your own grave. It is a group interview and there was around 11 people when I went. Around 5 people interview at a time (individually) and they switch to the next 5.
