Duke uses the S.T.A.R. Format. Situation, Task, Activity, Results. Basically, your answers need to have a beginning, middle, and end. Preferably, with a positive result. The key is to stay on task, and answer the question. Avoid stories with too many moving parts that will confuse the interviewers or get you off track.
