Dulwich Bakery interview questions

Very long interview, asked me on my experience. They also let me try to bake something and eat it myself in front of them. I was not prepared for it.

Very easy and relaxed, one very nice worker talked to me for only around 10 minutes, and got told I could come in for a 30 minute a trial the week after. I got an email back 2 weeks later telling me to come back in for a second interview and trial shift. And got the job after that.
