Duncan Lewis Solicitors interview questions

The application process was slightly odd - they changed the specific job role that I was interviewing for, as although I applied for a family paralegal role, the interview was for the children team specifically and had a slightly different job spec. This was not addressed by HR or the interviewer at all. Also, they suggested the interview date and asked me to specify a suitable time with less than a weeks notice which was fine, but I received nothing else from them and had to chase the HR team the day before to confirm that my interview was actually taking place. However, the interviewer was kind and friendly and the interview was generally positive. I received notification of the outcome of the interview within 2 weeks.

Interview process was quick with just one interview with the team director. The interview focused on past experience and the work the team does. Received offer shortly after the interview
