Badly run group interview. You have to perform a task as a group and are graded on what you come back with except no one from the company goes with you to see who's leading the group or everyone's contributions to the task.
Interview took place at cafe in the store, sat in the corner of cafe and had the interview lasting around 20-25 minutes. none of the questions caught me off guard, they were standard interview questions that are commonly asked
