The interview wasn't stressful by any means. Toured the facility, showing where each department was. Explained the process of the job and what was asked. Sat in the office and discussed more components on the job.

Interview
They will give you a tour of the facilities and talk about the current projects. They may ask a few technical questions, but not many. They are mostly interested in if you can communicate and appear to have motivation to work hard. If you have an in person interview, you probably have the education they desire. They really value cross functional skills.
