Interview
The interview itself was great, it was virtual and went really well and I was told to come back for another interview with one of the comany's higher ups. Organising the interview was a little difficult the store manager kept giving the wrong information to the hiring manager so I had to do a lot of emailing to get the interview sorted out. Then when I pass the first interview I went to follow up about organising the second interview and I got ghosted multiple times by both the store manager and the hiring manager, this was over text and email so not sure what happened there but the team was very unprofessional from simply when interviewing. In teh interview itself, I had answered questions before they had asked them and they would ask the same questions again (probably because they were reading from a list) but that just told me that they weren't really listening to my answers. Wouldn't recommend, this was for the new Westfield Stratford branch that was opening up.

Interview
One phone call with some basic questions like what you've done before and how much you can work etc. you will be invited for a trial shift and if you are a proper normal person who works hard, fast and cares about details you're in.
