Interview
Pretty standard initial outreach to establish if Im still interested and set up time to come in for the in office interview. I was local so was easy to come in. Meeting in person with the hiring manager, focusing mainly on my professional background, but got reasonable insight on what the company is all about. Interview didn’t seem super structured or anything, more around rapport.
Can you share few areas where you think you are most successful/what are your strengths? Can you give me an example how you applied it in the past?
Also, what are some areas you would like to improve / weaknesses?

Interview
Their assistance manage the appointment, then make the Facetime with their CEO, and senior designer couple time. During the process, they was keeping asking me to provide couple material they want to review. like portfolio, website, and some engineer drawings.
