Initial screening with HR by phone conversation. If that is successful, then a zoom interview is conducted with the HR manager and a Flight Operations manager in the responsible program. First a tour then a IFR sim. Know how to navigate without using GPS. Tour was pretty sweet, lots of old planes and the first air force one. IFR sim was the hardest part for me.
