I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dynatrace in Mar 2015
Interview
After a series of reschedules, managed to get a phone interview set up, which ended up being a skype voice call. The lady was very patient and pleasant, and took her time to explain herself throughout. Was cut short by the revelation that I didn't have a U.S. work permit, since their endorsement would not get me a work VISA in time for the training program for the position.

Question 1
Mostly general questions about background and interests. What are your aspirations in applying this position? Are you willing to travel for work? Do you have any future plans of furthering your education?
The fairly straightforward process from application to interview to offer. The process is very male-dominated. The new CEO has brought in new executives but the professional services team is still dominated by old mainframe people. As a female, I don't feel comfortable with this leadership.

First round is screening with recruiter, then technical interview, if you pass next then there’s a final round set of interviews. Overall, it’s been a good process still waiting to hear back.
