The interview process was disappointing due to poor communication and lack of respect for my time. The initial interview was missed without prior notice, and when rescheduled, the timing conflicted with my availability. The meeting invite was incomplete, and despite multiple requests, I didn’t receive clarification. After the interview (only via phone call), there was no timely feedback or updates, even after follow-ups. Eventually, after sending them an email regarding the whole recruiting process, I got notified that the HR manager is out of office. A few days later the recruiter called to inform me they had already chosen a candidate. It seemed like they made the decision right after the first 30-minute phone call, as other candidates didn’t even get to the second round, which felt a bit strange.
