Interview
Screening interview with the recruiter, followed by three rounds of 1:1 interviews: hiring manager, team peer, and cross-functional partner, and ending with a panel presentation/interview with the hiring manager, VP, and two senior cross-functional partners. Everyone I interviewed with was professional, prompt, and friendly.

The questions are primarily focused on understanding your background, gaining a better understanding of how you executed in your prior roles, and seeking to understand not only whether your skills fit with the role, but also understanding whether you'll fit into the corporate culture.
