Overall casual interviews, most questions asked involved previous projects and work within teams. Took place between me and two separate interviewers in which both were taking notes during the interview while asking about my resume.

In previous engineering projects, when was a time you and a team member had a disagreement and how did you deal with it?

I interviewed after a University career fair. The interview was pretty standard for a new hire position. The one thing that stuck out to me was the fact that neither interviewer seemed like they wanted to be there. They both seemed very bored and like they didn't particularly enjoy their jobs.

Interview
I interviewed on campus and applied online. Was invited to do a phone interview a week later. Very friendly easy screening that ended with an invite to interview with the rest of the engineering group on site. Flew me out with all expenses paid. I had 4 30 minute interviews mainly asking about my resume.
I have since been ghosted by HR. I have sent multiple follow up emails since and have received no reply. Very disrespectful.
