E-Cell interview questions

It was good. Easy questions were asked. Questions related to situation handling were emphasized on. Had a really good experience. Helpful team. Later the questions become a little tough but I was prepared for it.

Initially I was a Co-ordinator of E-Cell. Then out of us 100 around co-ordinators, 20 Managers are selected by the previous team for the next one year. So there were 2 round of interviews and we could give interview for more than one department. Departments include Events, Operations, Public Relations, Web, Media adn Corporate Relations. You have to have a thorough knowledge of the events of E-Cell so far and a clear interpretation of what entrepreneurship is and what is your vision for E-Cell besides obviously being good in the department you are applying.
