Interview
2 Einzelgespräche mit erfahrenen Consultants vor Ort, anschließend jeweils direkt Feedback erhalten. Zeitaufteilung: 50% Personal Fit, 50% Case. Die Case Studies waren alle im Bereich Energiewirtschaft, es wurde entsprechend erwartet, dass man sich mit dem Geschäftsmodell von E.ON auskennt. Schwierigkeit meines Erachtens deutlich geringer als bei MBB-Cases.
Three round of case interviews in one day. Two round in morning, one round in afternoon. Well planed schedule and good atmosphere. Have time to talk with current employees and visit company. Nice working environment in Essen.

Interview
Two Case interviews and a personal part with in total thee interviewers, each about 60min long. I did it online but there was the option to go in person. There also was an additional informal chat with a current employee.
