Question 1
Describe a time you offered great customer service.
I applied online. I interviewed at E.ON (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Highly unprofessional process with reschedules and cancellations. I applied online and then was invited for a face to face interview at their offices. A day before the interview was due to take place, they emailed me saying that they had to reschedule without specifying the reason for a week later. I agreed and made myself available for that date. Then towards the end of the week they emailed me saying the role was no longer available, and instead suggested to interview me for a lower level role with a far lower salary. Not only is this extremely unprofessional for them to reschedule and then to cancel, but it's also borderline demeaning to then offer to interview me for a role with a lower salary difference of over 5k. I had already wasted so much time and effort on interview prep only to be messed around with up until the last minute.
Absolutely disgraceful process and behaviour. It represents how things operate and are conducted at EON's UK business.
