Long through an agency, telephone, in person, online tests, final in person interview. The questions were fairly standard, and related to the work to be done. Tests were done a few times to ensure that the correct candidate was chosen, and times are tight, however with practice it is fine. It's a basic maths and English test, timed, and I passed with not much prep.
