The entire process lasted approximately two weeks and, unfortunately, felt like an unproductive use of time. I participated in three interviews, and in my view, companies should strive to be more efficient with candidates time. By the second round, the pool should ideally be narrowed to a few strong contenders to avoid leading multiple applicants on through an extended process without clear direction.
