EB5 Investors interview questions

I was contacted by an HR rep from EB5 Investors on LinkedIn and told about the job. We set up a phone interview and was told I would receive a call. At the time of the appointment I never received a call. I followed up to ensure there was no technical issues and was told that "things got a little crazy" on their end and she would still be interested in speaking with me the next day. I rearranged my schedule for the next day and when the rescheduled appointment time came around I never received a phone call or email. I understand if they found another candidate they preferred but it would have been decent to cancel the appointment.
